OnRaid ‘Online’ Privacy Policy

1. List of collected personal information & collect method

OnRaid only collects personal information essentially required for providing battle analysis service. We do not collect sensitive private information which may cause concerns from user.

A. List of collected information

• <When Registering>
  We only collect user’s e-mail address for registering and creating account.
• <When using Service>
  Information such as IP Address, Cookie, and date of visit, Service use record, and inappropriate use record might be collected automatically.
• <When using onRaid up-loader, when manually uploading battle logs>
  To analysis battle data, onRaid.lua file might be collected. Through this procedure, your battle log might be open to other members in onRaid web-community.

Webpage registration, data collected using onRaid up-loader tool, manual battle log upload using onRaid webpage.

2. Usage of personal information collected

OnRaid uses collected personal information on following purposes. Information provided by user is only used for following purpose and will not be used for any other purposes. In case there are any changes in purposes, we will seek prior consent.

A. Member service

Member confirmation for the ones using member service, personal identification, prevention of illegal & inappropriate usage, confirm intention to register, manage registration & restriction of repeated registration

B. Battle analysis service

Personalize battle information to compare information with other users for ranking system.

3. Sharing & providing personal information

onRaid only uses user’s personal information for cases described in “2. Usage of personal information collected” and do not use it without prior consent of a user. But as long as user doesn’t set personal information closed, it’s a basic policy to share information related to battle analysis with other users.

4. Maintenance and using period of personal information

onRaid maintains and uses user’s personal information right after user register as a member.
When user requests to withdraw or does not agrees on the terms of agreement on collecting personal information, or if we reach our purpose on collecting personal information, we destroy personal information immediately due to our policy. But, there are exceptions for cases described as below.

• - Record of inappropriate usage: To prevent inappropriate usage of the service, we keep personal information of member who used our service improperly.
• - E-mail information of withdrawn member: information is kept for limitation of duplicated registration.
• - Record of visit: To provide better service, we keep user’s usage record and IP address record.
• - Battle record: Analysis of battle records using our service is kept for the policy of sharing information with the other users, with conversion to anonymous user name.

5. Destroying personal information

onRaid immediately destroys user’s personal information when we reach our purpose. Without some exceptions described in “4.Maintenance and using period of personal information”, user’s personal information will be destroyed from DB permanently.

6. Technical/Maintenance protective policy of personal information

onRaid strives to prevent incidents such as missing, losing, leaking, forging, or damaging personal information.

A. Password management

User’s personal information is basically secured by password and password is saved and maintained in encrypted format. We do not take responsibilities on password leakage occurred by user’s personal carelessness or internet insecurity.

B. Prevention of hacking and other cases

onRaid strives to prevent incidents which can cause leakage or damage to user’s personal information. We occasionally back up data of battle analysis to prevent user’s inconvenience.

7. About installation, operation, and rejection of automatic personal information collector

onRaid uses ‘cookie’, which saves and loads information of users. Cookie is a small amount of information sent to user’s computer from internet server and often saved to hard disk of user’s PC computer. In case of cookie, it recognizes member’s computer but does not recognizes each member.

A. Purpose of using cookie

We use it to track access rate, time of visit, personal taste, interests and track records of visit, number of visit as a data to provide better a service to the members.

B. installation of cookie/operation and rejection

User has the choice to install cookie. So, user can set options to allow all cookies or confirm each time cookie saves, or reject all cookies.
But, in case of rejecting all cookies, that can cause some problems using service.

8. Other related subject

Personal information collecting of linked websites listed in onRaid does not apply this “private policy” used in onRaid.
